In our student halls a selection committee consisting of student residents, a representative of the institution and the student halls director have the decision over the allocation of the rooms. The decision is based on the written application and a personal (or telephone) interview.
Application is possible at any time. Application submission for the winter semester not later than 30.06. and for the summer semester not later than 31.01.!
There is no waiting list, the admission procedure is performed anew every semester.
Guest room rent
There is a possibility fo a short guest room rent, monthly costs are € 240,--. Please be sure to request the exact time (start and end date) of your desired stay!

A form for the written application can be downloaded as a PDF file. Simply print, fill out and send together with the required documents to the halls-administration!
Please send a simple application on unbound paper, not in an application-folder! Applications will be punched and filed. Application-folders will be discarded.
Attach only copies, no originals. Applicaitons will NOT be returned! No return stamps need be included.
No registered letters!
Please send your additions evaluation as a simple letter, not registered. Our office is not permanently occupied and personal reception can not always be guararnteed.
